Rent price might look like a bit of a good value, until you see the fees. I’m not new, this is not my first apartment by any stretch, they are excessive here. And that might be fine if the facilities were top-notch, but they’re not There is just quite a lot of deferred maintenance here and Band-Aids instead of fixes being done.. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond to increase, but occasionally close your tickets without addressing the problem. The front desk staff is amazing! I was in a bind with a package i was supposed to go pickup at the office, but wasn’t going to be there until after it closed. Since it was a package i needed for a trip, I called and Michael stayed on the phone with me until he was able to get in contact with Victoria, who kindly put it outside of the office for me. I appreciate them being able to accommodate me. Thank y’all!!
Michael really helped me out with everything related to this apartment and move in is pretty seamless. He was always available and helpful with every question. Thanks for the assistance
