I’m excited to be moving into my new apartment at Windsor Lake! Latisha with management has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Her kindness, professionalism, and consistent communication made me feel valued and supported from the start. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure everything went smoothly. Her helpfulness made choosing Windsor Lake over three other complexes an easy decision, and I’m confident I made the right choice.
dogs that are bigger, or as big as children should not be allowed at a lake that is attached and accessible to several communities. there is nothing peaceful about seeing hound dogs, pit bulls, and wolf looking beasts, etc., at a LAKE. VB has several DESIGNATED dog parks...
People that work in the office are pretty ignorant and rude. Other than those people, property is nice
My family and I have lived here for about a year and a half now. Started in a two bedroom now currently in a three! For starters the office staff is amazing. Megan provides exceptional customer service and doesn’t stop until it’s perfect! Teriny started just after our transfer to our three bedroom and is so wonderful! Both are amazing at their jobs and have set the bar pretty high for us honestly. We are so happy to call windsorlake our home for the short time we’re in Virginia :)
The worst apartments in virginia Beach, the rotten teeth manager stole our deposit and when we threatened to call the police she conveniently unlocked the office and gave it back. We never ended up getting the apartment due to her theft but she was trying to steal my money. Not surprising since she dresses in thrift store clothes and has no insurance to fix her rotten teeth . Her scaley, face creeps me out . The place has massive size roaches. Do yourself a favor and run from this place.
