I decided to purchase a tutor as a thank you gift for my wife for raising the kids and taking care of our home while I was deployed over my 26 year Air Force career. but mostly, she deserves it. The team at Windsor made my purchase so easy and was so very thoughtful during the whole process. Thank you Windsor and Tracy McRae first we have a Panerai and now a Tudor.

The jewelry sales associate who assisted me, Ulrike, was friendly and helpful from the moment I entered Windsor Jewelers. When I explained the service I was hoping to have performed on my wedding ring, she was knowledgeable in explaining what would occur and conveyed that the jeweler was an exceptional craftsman. She called later in the day, when the repairs had been completed, and was clearly stunned at the beautiful results. For a few years, I've had several "maybe" watches from a variety of brands... Panerai, JLC, IWC, etc., and the breadth of selection at Windsor allowed me to figure out what I actually liked on my wrist. In particular, I was excited to see Grand Seiko in person. Sherry was welcoming and more than willing to help me try on many pieces each time.
