Nice rooms, great service! Location is very convenient and near to a lot of good food joints!
Stay away! Rudest check in process by a person who was high on weed (lobby attendants can be seen smoking outside the hotel moments prior to manage your passports and cards information) Room in fourth floor with no elevator and no chance at all of getting help for the luggage. Room was rough with paint brushes, moldy smell and broken handles all around. I am not happy with the service you provide at all. I made a booking via booking.com for this hotel of yours with free cancellation before 5.04. After having visa issues, I cancelled my reservation and you immediately took 139 USD from my account, please refund my money. What does free cancellation mean? This is not good at all
Convenient location, 30 mins' walk to the White House, 10 mins to the nearest metro station on U Street, close to a number of coffee shops and restaurants. The lobby and hallways are reasonably clean, but the room is shabby, poorly equipped and needs serious renovations. For example, the hook on the bathroom door is completely broken and there is no place where you can hang your clothes and towels. Big fraudster they are, as a security deposit they charged us $450 for 3 rooms and they never returned us a single penny after checking out the room and Iam writting this review after 19 days.Very unprofessional and rude behaviour of the staff at front desk. Not even a single complementary service is given by hotel management.
