Moved into a dirty unit that wasn’t cleaned, stained carpets and burnt out bulbs left and right. Upon inspection found all the smoke detectors with no batteries in them and expired as of 2017. It’s 2025 They do not check these things but say they do The “gym” has no functional equipment and maybe two weights. Pool is always full of people that don’t live there and residents leave dog poop all over the place. After renting since 18 years old this is by far the lowest quality living I’ve experienced
I lived at Windsor Heights for just under two years. Here is my take: Pros - Good communication from property manager - Maintenance generally fixes problems in a timely manner - Appartment buildings are well maintained Cons - Roof gutters would leak/drip water onto the concrete landing and steps at the entrance to my building.
