Sucks here. Dogs crap everywhere, no security, no fences, no gates, management sucks, call for a repair and it takes weeks if not months not to mention maintenance leaves their messes behind. They are professionals at putting bandaids on their crap. It's a joke. Our rates go up and value goes down. Zero value for your money. None! Anyone can use the dumpsters here, damn it! Moved into a dirty unit that wasn’t cleaned, stained carpets and burnt out bulbs left and right. Upon inspection found all the smoke detectors with no batteries in them and expired as of 2017. It’s 2025 They do not check these things but say they do The “gym” has no functional equipment and maybe two weights. Pool is always full of people that don’t live there and residents leave dog poop all over the place.
