Windsor Hall - The Good, The Bad, The Ugly. I was a resident of WH for over 7 years, so my review spans many different iterations of property managers and maintenance people. First of all, I cannot rave enough about the current maintenance man - Mr. Mike. Time and time again he goes above and beyond for his residents. Windsor Hall is a very old apartment complex (at least 60 years old) so Mr. Mike has his hands full keeping up with the entire property all by himself.
