Hello, could you please check the refund for the duplicate payments I made? I was charged twice, $1,167 USD each time. I still haven’t received the refund, and it has been about five days already.
I am very picky and even though the hotel is outdated and overpriced for what it is, I have to say that their personal is unbelievable AMAZING, Carla with her great smile and willingness to accommodate every requirement and all the girls from front desk, maintenance and the maids are also so nice and proactive, always willing to help!!! My room was quiet and I was able to sleep peacefully. Thank you to the personal of this hotel, they really made my experience great.
The rooms are very outdated among all the issues with the room not being clean and items dirty or broken
Room smelt like wet dog the people at the front desk were nice, and it's a hotel in westpalm not to far from the beach and there is a shopping center across the way
We had a wonderful family stay at this Best Western in Florida! The property was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our vacation needs. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Food was delicious, especially the breakfast—kept everyone happy and well-fed. Highly recommend for families! We’d return in a heartbeat.
