Windsor was the company who installed our garage door when our home was built about 14 months ago. 2.5 months ago the garage door literally started falling off the track with the rollers popping out. They came and "fixed" it as it was under warranty, but I noticed it seemed to be making a weird sound when opening and closing shortly after. Don't call these guys if you have a problem with a garage door opener. They either don't know what they're doing or are just trying to sell you a new opener.
Are you kidding me? Garage door jumped the track at 530 on a Sunday night, and Windsor had a tech her and job completed by 615. Figured it would cost me an arm and a leg getting someone out so quick on a Sunday night (and it should have), but the price was more than fair! Mark is the man! 5 stars doesn't say enough!
Had siding installed approx. 8 months ago trim already coming loose, called in for warranty was told no warranty due to Oklahoma weather??? I was also told I could get some nails and make the repairs myself or they could send someone to make repairs BUT WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE ME. Another option was I could make a deal with one of the contractors at a discounted rate. I have a neighbor with Champion siding for approx. 10 YEARS their trim still on in the Oklahoma weather.
Wonderful crew! Needed my garage door torsion spring replaced and originally went through Home Depot. So glad Home Depot led me to Windsor. Went to Home depot late on a Tuesday evening, Windsor called me (Thank you Megan) early Wed and set up a service time for Thursday early afternoon. Excellent company. Have been using them for years. Recently replaced all the windows in our home. The installation crew was excellent. Fernan, Wendy, Matthew, Alex, and Eric did a wonderful job. Their team worked efficiently, did a great job of cleaning up as they worked, were friendly, and prompt.

I've worked with them a couple of times. Shannon sent someone out quickly to fix my garage door after the springs broke. The men who came to my house were so polite! Windsor is a great company ran by a great Christian man!!
