I've been buying ink from the guy in the back for months now. Purchasing for a small business so we use a lot. Today I went in to exchange a bad cartridge that I purchased in May. Just now had the time to stop by. He accused me of buying it in Feb. and letting it sit. He was very rude to me, a loyal customer. That was not appreciated and you will not see me back in your store. I always try to support small businesses but I guess I'm back to getting my ink off Amazon.
What an awesome place! I both love and hate going in there because they always have things I want to buy! The people who work there are the absolute best!! Do yourselves a favor and go visit them!
