So many vent / duct companies to choose from. I called up 4 to get prices. Still not sure who to choose I went to the app next door. Windsor duct cleaning had very positive reviews. So I called Windsor and got an estimate over the phone. I believe I was scheduled two weeks out which was fine. I also asked about a military discount which they did honor. Often times when the heat would come on in my house it smelled like burning dust. Sercan came out and cleaned all the air ducts and I no longer have the smells, only fresh air. Photos showed that they were pretty dirty with construction debris and dust. Sercan was very courteous and professional. Becky was very helpful and informative on the phone in answering any questions and setting up my appointment. I highly recommend the folks at Windsor Duct Cleaning!
Aaron and Daniel did a professional job cleaning my air ducts and dryer following a renovation. They were on time as well.
Excellent service and communication! I received text reminders the day before and the day of the appointment. Very pleasant gentlemen, Daniel and Aaron did our entire duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning (vertical vent to the top of the roof). I will be calling them again!
I had two technicians stop by and clean out the air ducts. Daniel olague and AAron hegarty were very professional and respectful. They wasted no time coming in and getting straight to work. These two technicians answered every question that we had and very respectful. These types of gentleman are definitely a face of the company that show professionalism, knowledge and trust.
