We"ve had Windsor garage doors for 13 yrs. Were happy with, until recently. Having to replace due to storm damage. We've had 2 different deliveries that have both had MANUFACTURING DEFECTS! Dealer says they have made mfg aware, but continue to receive defective doors. Unacceptable. We're switching to another brand!

Had a new garage door installed June 2016. Issues with rubber at bottom and noisy when windy. Contacted Windsor in February 2017 and both issues repaired / replaced within a week. Fantastic service - thank you.
