Went back to Windsor Dentistry after an absence of one year (due to the pandemic). As always, it was a lovely experience. Dr Lombardo and her team are wonderful. Kind, professional and diligent about COVID safety measures.

My family have been happy patients of Windsor Dentistry for over a decade, as both adults and children. Everyone in the office is warm, professional and highly capable. Even with current COVID precautions, the standard of care has remained excellent. We felt extremely safe visiting the office, and were grateful to receive such wonderful attention during this crisis.
I came in for a consultation regarding repairing a chipped tooth from an accident. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm hellos and smiles. Everyone was attentive and there was no wait time. My dentist for the morning was Albert Heffez who listened patiently to my story and my needs, and explained procedures every step of the way. As most people know visiting a dentist when you are stressed from pain and not knowing what is causing the pain can be very overwhelming. At Windsor everyone was welcoming and generous w/their care and attention. This made for a supportive healing experience all around. I can not say enough about the respect and professionalism they offer.

This is a warm and inviting family practice. It is clear when you walk in that everyone enjoys each other and they also like their patients! Our family has had complicated dentistry needs over the past few years, and they have treated everything with top service and courtesy.
