I didn’t really expect to read bad reviews about Windsor Crossing. I have lived here for 2 years now and don’t ever want to leave. My family has gone through our worst times living here and the staff and higher up management has been nothing but kind, understanding, and willing to work with us. We have had a couple things break or stop working (like every complex you live in) and they have always come over ASAP and fixed it for me. In a few short months, this place already feels like home. It is the perfect blend of away from town yet not too far away. The space is great for the competitive rental prices and the leasing team has been so welcoming. The community is quiet and feels safe, as is evidenced by our lower auto insurance payment. Even better is having a fitness center to go to when we don't want to drive out to our gym in the winter. Our family looks forward to this being home until we are ready to take the leap into home buying someday.
Living here was awesome Katie, Amanda, Teresa are AMAZING no matter what is going if you need anything you don't have to stress call them and all is good. Also I've never lived anywhere where if I submit a request form for something to be fixed in my unit the maintenance team is right there getting it done. The maintenance team rocks as well, I don't want to leave cuz I love the neighborhoods I love the management the peace and quiet but due to financial reasons got to move. They are too expensive, houses are way out of date and they rather make people homeless instead of actually working with them. For get this place the community is trash
Sandy Watson I lived in Geiger Heights (now Windsor Crossing) when I was a little girl from 1966-1970. My Dad was stationed at Fairchild AFB. We lived at 264A Malstrom Drive. Would love to see pics of the old house. I'm a professor now in Houston and my parents have passed away.
My husband and I have lived here for over two years and this is home to us. We love the neighborhood feel, children playing and dogs barking appropriately! The staff, Katie, Theresa and Amanda are the best. We look forward to being here many more years.
