Everything just bad management housing living situation. EVERYTHING POOR buildings be dirty outside field full of dog feces rude management poor communication.
The entire place has bone down considerably...it's filthy the tenets leave their garbage in the hallway, they're loud music/TV plays loud day and night, arguing and fighting, kids running through halls, walls have holes in them where they have been kicked...the management does absolutely nothing to correct any of the problems then when they fail to do what they're supposed to do regarding paperwork they blame you .......just collect rent
