Horrible management. Very unprofessional
I think the place is haunted. Just gives off weird vibes in the afternoon. Also there is strange noises at night. I don’t hear them often but they are eerie and for the life of me I can’t find out what is causing them. The management itself is ok but don’t go out when it’s dark. First, because it’s Portland, and second, well its hard to explain in text.
Beautiful apartments dutifully managed.
