This review is mostly based on a pool birthday party here. The lady i had signed up with at the front desk was wonderful but how they do things is not particularly my taste. You must eat and cleanout everything from the party room prior to entering the pool for the 2nd half of the party. 1st, why would you make kids eat and then swim? 2nd, clearing everything out of the party rm, including extra cupcakes, they completely melted sitting in the car for the 2nd half of the party along with the party child having to wait to go s... read more
Terrible customer service
Had swim lessons here today, 03/08/2025 and the lady instructing the 3rd grade class was incredibly rude to all the kids not just mine. However my daughter has a fear of water and she was very unprofessional. Won't be coming back. Plus the locker rooms are disgusting
Great place would give it 5 stars but they need there to be two of a few of the machines because if not you’ll only get to use them for about half of trips here. There is always people waiting on these 4 and most times you won’t get the chance if it’s busy. Leg extensions machine, Leg press machine, Abdominal machine, back pull down machine and Hip Abduction/Adduction machine. They have room and could replace with a couple arc trainer elliptical machines as they are always empty. 🤷♀️
