Have been to this place several times , it started off well, good prices , seems every year it goes up , they have classes going on , u walk in u get to swim maybe an hour & the last 2 out of 3 times I went a small child went #2 in the pool now as that is not their fault , when we asked for a refund because we had to leave , the young lady laughed in our faces as if it was funny ! It was not it’s disgusting ! We had maybe been there 20 minutes ! Do better with your customer service ! Please it’s embarrassing!
I had to leave a bad review because I’m sitting here next to my crying 6 year old because he was so excited to go to a cooking class today. But without any notice, the class was cancelled. I did get a refund but no explanation. I’m guessing there wasn’t enough kids signed up. Just super bummed.
