The powers that be at the Windsor Rec Center might want to invest in some training for their folks who work the front desk with regards to customer service and how to talk to people. The lady I spoke with was not very polite and made it seem like I was wasting her time by calling to ask a question regarding youth sports registration I wasn't sure about. Do better!

The customer service at the front desk was absolutely terrible. She was unwelcoming from the beginning when we walked in. I am a postpartum mom who wanted to bring her brand new babysitter and toddler in for an hour of swim time. Being that this is a younger, new babysitter, I desired to supervise this first time to ensure I felt comfortable. I explained this to the front desk staff member who tried to charge us for four people. She wanted me to pay the fee for myself as well as my newborn infant who can’t even get in the po... read more

Love this pool, but why they feel the need to blast music so loud is beyond me. Indoor pools are loud enough as it is.
