This place is horrendous! The leasing manager is rude and unprofessional, the buildings are mouse infested, the auxiliary services are terrible at best, not to mention they couldn't clean a plate if it were in front of them. A latin guy smokes some sort of drug, maybe weed, every day, in front of my place. When he's not high, he's flying through the parking lot in his silver car as if it were stolen, playing loud music early in the morning as he dumps his own trash here. This is by far the best community in Windsor Mill, safe neighborhood, pretty quiet which I love, cool staff and maintenance no complaints here!
I love my apartment but my service requests were completed with a very slow response. I have been her since August and as a new tenant, I was just not getting the service I deserved. However, the Peak MGMT intervened after my contact and I received the help that I needed. I am still dealing with a loud Blower in my bedroom that has not been resolved. The Blower kicks on in the middle of the night when either my AC or Heat is on and it awakens me. I am told there is nothing they can do as the Blower was put behind the wall in... read more
