We recently took our heirloom pendulum clock for cleaning and replacement of any worn parts. When we picked it up and brought it home there were several deep scratches in the wood surrounding the face of the clock. Since we dust this clock regularly while it is hanging on the wall, we absolutely know it was in excellent condition and there were no scratches on it. Really personable service. Nice lady easily and quickly repaired my antique watch safety chain. After visiting with her about my antique clock collection, I think it’s just the right place to get some of them tuned up. Highly recommend!
Owner is rude and conceited. Wouldnt work on my vintage Timex mechanical because quote, "it's not a Rolex or Breitling so I wont even look at it." The lady I worked with was very nice and helpful but the owner lost out on 2 watch repairs and a Bulova watch purchase because of his attitude. Highly dissuade this place.

Nick, very sorry to hear about your experience. We try very hard to make sure our customers leave happy. We do work on mechanical watches, but unfortunately not Timex. You will likely need to send it back into Timex. We sincerely hope you can give us a try again for any future repairs or purchases.
