They repaired my Grandfather clock in August 2024 and charged me over $500 for a NEW escape wheel etc............clock still runs fast and does not chime right even though Jeff came back twice.............had another company look at the clock and they flat out said the escape wheel had NOT been replaced and it was a very shoddy repair job.............am sure the company will say this is not true but I have heard from others this company is not the same as it used to be................note they do NOT belong to better busines... read more

Would not recommend this business. Should not have left my clock for repairs. Manager was very rude. Would not explain, So I could understand, what exactly he was going to do. Every time I asked a question  he snapped at me and cut me off. He basically gave me two prices to fix my clock. One was just to repair and have chimes but not the music. They had our grandfather clock internals for months. I was told parts from Germany was the issue. The whole time I was called once. Otherwise, I had to call. Its a bit disconcerting. I thought a month was ok, But nearly 5 months is nuts. We were not waiting for micro processers. I have not waited for Porsche parts like this thru the whole pandemic...... Get a timeline before repairs here, if its not a wrist watch battery.
