It is a great place to live!
I have lived here since 10/2017. Great place to live, the people are so nice, and the community is great. I would recommend this to anyone. If you have an issue, the management staff will correct it. I will be here another 14 months.
Not Worth The Headache I moved into a single unit apartment in what was formally called Lot B at CityLine in October 2016. I never had any issues until new management took over (Windsor) around August 2017. Along with the transition, all residents had switch to a water company (Minol USA) that was allocated by the new management. Since the transition, I have received outrageous monthly water bills ranging as high as $250. Prior to the transition, my water bill averaged around $45-$50 a month. I love this place! Great community, great staff and top quality.
I've lived in 5 different apt complexes and this is by far the BEST! Windsor is like living in a hotel. The staff is so helpful and they provide great service! The events that they put on are hands down the best in the DFW! I am so appreciative of the Windsor community! This place is AMAZING!
