I don’t see any 2018 reviews but here is mine. My grandmother is in this place and they do not treat her well at all. They have made her set for hours in her own poop without changing her. Even made her go to cafeteria to eat while in a dirty way for hours. The will not give her laxatives when she has been constipated for 3 days. I guess because they don’t want to have to change her. Windsor care center is full of good people. And great residents. Very clean and beautiful establishment. Five stars isn't enough. I give it ten stars.
