I stayed here from 2020-2023. The good: -I felt the team managing the place and the grounds did a good job, and the apartment was probably my favorite of all the apartments I've stayed in. -good responsive maintenance -good location nearby walking trails and shops The bad: -managed by Greystar (please look up their history). Best complex we've ever lived at
If you want any peace and quiet don’t live here. Security and noise levels are an issue and management says they will not do anything after business hours. However, nothing gets done during business hours either. Just not worth the headache. Issues listed above were immediately addressed and taken care of! I am honestly shocked. This is about the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in people. The people in the office are exceptionally helpful. The maintenance is top-of-the-line when I request something to get done. it’s always done that day or the day after. My air conditioning went out and it was fixed within three days and they gave me one to put in the window in the meantime
I can’t thank the Windsor at Tryon Village team enough for the compassion, patience, and professionalism they showed my family during one of the most difficult times of our lives.
