Very professional staff, that works diligently to resolve any issues.
While I have so many other things to say, I'll start with the current problem. If you plan on living here make sure it's not during the winter. They've done an awful job at clearing the ice from this storm we had. The half assed sprinkling of ice melt is a joke. My building is at least lucky we got this ice melt, a lot of others have NOTHING. I've slipped and cut my hand and I've seen multiple other residents fall as well. DO BETTER WINDSOR!!
Wish I could give a zero!! Complex does not care for anyones safety we just had an ice storm come through and there was no salt put anywhere!!!! I have lived here for five years It is not safe for anyone. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else!!!
I was shown an apartment by Alex Mallard who is a leasing agent for this apartment building. This young lady was professional, beautiful personality, patient and kind. She took the time and show me all the things I was looking for in an apartment. The apartments that she show me were very nice. The atmosphere at the place was peaceful and quiet. Just her personality alone makes you want to say yes I will rent here.
I’ve lived in North Carolina for 11 years, and I’ve only been living at this apartment complex for several months but in that short time, it has become the first and only place that has ever made me feel truly comfortable as a parent of a child with special needs. My son is 11 years old and autistic (level three) with aggression challenges.
