So far my new place has been great. Only if there’s something that could be done about those noisy upstairs neighbors. I understand I’m in an apartment so I’m going to hear noise. But it sounds like they’re bowling and skateboarding up there some days. Fighting and arguing, you name it. Often lasts until about 3-4 am!!!! It scares my kids and often breaks our sleep. You can even hear them while walking the breezeway. Not sure if I’m going to renew my lease or not. They’re terrible neighbors.
Management has gone downhill very quickly. Service requests get ignored, the property has old AC units and random garbage lying around at all times, and the office is unresponsive and looks to fine you at every opportunity. I used to like living here but not anymore.

Nice and quit village where you can live with family on Healthy Safe secure community. The location near of everything that needs . Staff are very helpful and professional.
The best place we've stayed so far. We have stayed in many apartment complexes in America so far. In addition, in 2 different countries. The people in the office are very polite and helpful. The last thing on my mind was moving here originally, but Kenzi convinced me otherwise. Kenzi is definitely our favorite, but the other people in the office are absolutely lovely too.
