Hey everyone my name is Will I am a resident here. This review is for one of the maintenance guys that work here Zack. Let me start by saying he has been out to my unit I can’t even count how many times now, and each and every time he has not only gotten the job done extremely quick and efficient, but he has the best attitude. He is one of those people no matter how hard he is working or the weather outside, he shows up with the best attitude and gets the job done every time.
I would like to give Alex a big shout out. She is so polite and professional with customers and vendors. I went to install some fitness equipment in the gym there. She stayed after hours even though it was past her time, to sign off and make sure the equipment was properly installed. Thank you Alex !!!
My broken water heater fixed same day as service request submitted. Maintenance was clean and got the repair done in good time.
I truly love living here! Everyone at the office is so caring and helpful. I’ve only had one issue and they fixed it right away! The maintenance team is very prompt, even for a Saturday. thanks Greg! The location is absolutely perfect, I’m so happy I can walk to so many different places from here. There’s a greenway I enjoy very much. The gym is nice as well, even the neighbors are so friendly!
