I would like to give Alex a big shout out. She is so polite and professional with customers and vendors. I went to install some fitness equipment in the gym there. She stayed after hours even though it was past her time, to sign off and make sure the equipment was properly installed. Thank you Alex !!!
My broken water heater fixed same day as service request submitted. Maintenance was clean and got the repair done in good time.
I truly love living here! Everyone at the office is so caring and helpful. I’ve only had one issue and they fixed it right away! The maintenance team is very prompt, even for a Saturday. thanks Greg! The location is absolutely perfect, I’m so happy I can walk to so many different places from here. There’s a greenway I enjoy very much. The gym is nice as well, even the neighbors are so friendly!

While I have so many other things to say, I'll start with the current problem. If you plan on living here make sure it's not during the winter. They've done an awful job at clearing the ice from this storm we had. The half assed sprinkling of ice melt is a joke. My building is at least lucky we got this ice melt, a lot of others have NOTHING. I've slipped and cut my hand and I've seen multiple other residents fall as well. DO BETTER WINDSOR!!
