This is an updated review. I moved in a little about a year ago. I had given the place 4 stars initially. When I moved in, I liked that it was a calm and quiet place, very organized and clean also the condo was halfway occupied. One year forward, this place is pure chaos, if you are looking for a calm place to live this is not it. Over the past year I guess they allowed for anyone to rent. Rita Rivera was an amazing manager had a great experience!
I had a really good experience with Rita at Windsor at Pembroke Gardens. I had an issue that needed to be taken care of, and she took the time to help me through it without making me feel rushed. She was kind, patient, and made sure everything was resolved. Thanks again, Rita, I really appreciate your help!
Overall, great community very well. Kept building. Love the community
