Upon meeting her, she greeted me with a smile, was professional and equally enthusiastic about the property (she also lives here with her family), was honest about her experience and made the process and experience so wonderful. I now live a few doors down and she is always checking in on me & following up on anything I’ve needed addressed in the property. She always personally invites me to community events & lucky to now call her a neighbor and friend in this great community!
After a very focused search for an apartment in the Pembroke Pines area, I was lucky enough to find Windsor at Pembroke Gardens. The staff and the community are five stars. Kathleen was wonderful and very attentive with her follows ups and check points. Massiel was absolutely fantastic!
