The maintenance crew at oak grove apartments is outstanding. If there is an issue you are never left waiting. Within 24 hours they are at your apartment and usually fix it on the spot. The apartments are well kept, but when you need them they are always there to resolve your issue.
Marcus is incredibly responsive He always calls ahead to ensure we are ready for him to enter. He always makes quick work of any of our requests. I appreciate that he sees requests through until they’re finished.
Windsor At Oak Grove is an amazing property! We lived here for 2 1/2 years and loved it. We had to move away, but now we are coming back and looking so forward to it. Our leasing agent, Matt Barrett is phenomenal! His manager, Regan, Helped us move site unseen, from Florida to Melrose in 2021. He is now the manager of the property at Windsor At Oak Grove.
