Windsor at Oak Grove was our first home since relocating, and it couldn’t have been a more welcoming place. From day one, Regan Szekely and Angelo Russo made us feel at home with their warmth and professionalism. The management team has always been supportive, and the maintenance staff responded quickly whenever needed- something we truly appreciated.
We LOVE this community and love every aspect of it. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are great and above all the management team here is just incredible! They’re super helpful, warm and nice! They really care for you! Angelo helped us with virtual apartment tours, helped us with our lease and was very patient with all our questions. The maintenance team is awesome. I had an issue with a large water leak from my washer. Kenny and Mike showed up quickly and did an excellent job getting the leak under control and repairing the cause of the leak. They're very friendly, prompt, professional, and get the job done
Service repairer was excellent, professional, polite, efficient and capable, and solved the problem reasonably quickly.
I missed out on a very important package due to the Leasing office blatantly refusing to sign for my Fedex package as someone flat out told me “we do not sign for fedex packages here ever” when someone by the name of K. Tioko signed for my fedex package 2 weeks ago. Clearly that was a lie. I have called the leasing office and they did not even bother to return my call. I’m happy that this will be my last year here.
