Due to the welcoming staff I’m at ease in my new place. Charlotte the Service Leasing Manager provides outstanding service! Charlotte is an intentional listener, she is flexible, detail oriented and works quickly. David the building service manager takes initiative, ensures that apartment appliances are working better than good! Brandon and Jaspers are friendly, patient and attentive! I truly appreciate the staff!
Very Good Experience! I have been living here at Windsor for almost 5 years. I have never had any major issues and my stay here has been pleasant. The maintenance team has always been amazing. I will say over the years the management was..Meh:..a little hit or miss, some times were better than others. However, since Janell started working here she has made our stay here consistently WONDERFUL. She is absolutely amazing. I hope she works in management here for years to come. I love living here. It's quiet. People are very nice. I feel proud of my unit. I plan on staying many years
Great location, great people. Gym area is a bit small, but walkability is key here.
Windsor midtown has been great! Andrea from their team was so helpful. She made it a great experience so far!
