The leasing agent initially told me about a 14-month lease with 2 months free that was valid until the end of August. When I decided to apply within two weeks (still before the end of August), I was suddenly told the promotion had changed to 16 months with 2 months free. I love this apartment complex bud sadly I had to move out due to the high percentage increases at every yearly renewal.
I'm incredibly disappointed in how managment handled my case. I loved the 3 bedroom. Applied and left a $250 depoit. Went to see the property again only 90mins after submitting my application to show my daughter... and my $3250 apartment reaked of Cat Pee !!! I had a horrific allergy attack and canceled my application. Managment is refusing to return the $250! ! UNETHICAL and GREEDY ! If this is how they handle applicants, I feel bad for the residents 👎 Guess it is better to find out sooner than later .
I implore you to read the reviews since this building was sold to Hilton. Don’t trust anything Camal says, he’s just a mouth piece for corporate, and is the far from helpful. If you do rent from here, I’d highly suggest being prepared to lose your security deposit, be charged for new carpet and other nonsense fees. Be sure to get things in writing and be prepared to hire a lawyer to fight these people.
