I'm incredibly disappointed in how managment handled my case. I loved the 3 bedroom. Applied and left a $250 depoit. Went to see the property again only 90mins after submitting my application to show my daughter... and my $3250 apartment reaked of Cat Pee !!! I had a horrific allergy attack and canceled my application. Managment is refusing to return the $250! ! UNETHICAL and GREEDY ! If this is how they handle applicants, I feel bad for the residents 👎 Guess it is better to find out sooner than later .
I implore you to read the reviews since this building was sold to Hilton. Don’t trust anything Camal says, he’s just a mouth piece for corporate, and is the far from helpful. If you do rent from here, I’d highly suggest being prepared to lose your security deposit, be charged for new carpet and other nonsense fees. Be sure to get things in writing and be prepared to hire a lawyer to fight these people. RUN FAR AWAY! Do not rent from this place. When we moved there in 2021 they were under an amazing management company whom we loved. They have since been bought out by Hilton Management LLC and the apartments went downhill from there-increased crime and police were constantly being called and making the rounds. (for example crime like car break ins and random people wandering around late at night stealing packages and items on people's front doorsteps) They installed some cameras around the community but nothing changed. When my roommate became mentally unstable and dangerous, they denied me the ability to change the locks for mine and the property’s safety. They then sent me to collections over damages my roommate caused after them denying my plea. They do not care about your safety, only their money.
Nice place but very expensive and not worth the price, not renewing lease next time.
