Nice place but the noise coming from building 13 on 3rd floor is so bad that I cant wait to put in my notice to leave when my lease is up.
Providing a response to the response (lies) from Camal 1. I asked multiple times to schedule a walkthrough (as per the terms of my lease). Camal said there was no need and I could come in the day after turning in my keys. When I showed up (right after the office opened) I was told what the charges were (rather than receiving a joint walkthrough as per my lease/ Camal’s word). The leasing agent initially told me about a 14-month lease with 2 months free that was valid until the end of August. When I decided to apply within two weeks (still before the end of August), I was suddenly told the promotion had changed to 16 months with 2 months free.
