Mrs. Sue is awesome but very forgetful n for that reason, its hard to get stuff taken care of. I've had the same hole in my ceiling forever and our water is off every other week because they too cheap to change the piping. We're literally moving after being here 3 yrs. I love Mrs. Sue's spirit but it's time for new, younger mgmt to take over and implement things that will save this neighborhood.
RecommendedI love love love it here! That's why I have lived here 42 years!! The office is wonderful, my neighbors for the most part have been great! The pools are fantastic! I love it here!!!

Very nice staff! Very nice complex! We moved from Texas and they helped us every step of the way and made sure everything was set for when we arrived in Georgia for the first time! Shout out to Treasure that made everything so easy for us!
