Beautiful Property and Management I love living here. The office staff is wonderful and always very helpful. They have really done a turn around to the community.

mold and crime rates mold in unit and roaches, cars being broken in to. staff is very rude . unannounced knocks on you door and notes from staff. and added fees after you sign the lease.

Even Salt Can Look Like Sugar Before move to this place, walk around at both day and night on each floor and building. You will see how unclean the entire property is. AMC management company has the worst service out of any property that I have lived in. This property is known for having the worst service in Rock Hill.
Looks nice from the outside Pool hasn’t been open all summer, playground and dog park is falling apart, roaches every at night, tenants do not pick up after their pets, and management is full of excuses.
Great place to stay under this management I have been staying at Windsor Apartment complex for the past 5 years and I must admit, that Ashley the New property manger is an excellent and professional lady who is willing to listen and help you. I like the environment and my apartment residents are courteous
Great place to live Living at Windsor before moving was really an excellent experience. The office staff are great, and able to get a hold of them whenever necessary. I like the fact there are a number of stores and restaurants close by. Neighbors are really nice. I highly recommend living here.
Great place to call home!! I loved living at Windsor before relocating. The office staff was very helpful whenever I needed anything. We had great neighbors!!! The fitness room is very nice and the pool is awesome for beating those SC hot days. I loved being so close to so many great stores & restaurants not to mention the easy access to 77!!! I would highly recommend this community!
Extraordinary Disappointment! For 4 years we have been among the best residents in the complex (according to Management). The living conditions have been an Extraordinary Disappointment. We have struggled with constantly having trash in the parking lots and on the grounds, ridiculously loud neighbors, shootings and prices that have crept into the range of more luxury complexes. We appreciate all feedback. Our grounds are picked up at least twice daily and as needed. Anyone that litters or leaves their trash out by their door or beside the dumpster is fined accordingly. We take great pride in our community. We welcome anyone to contact the Rock Hill Police Department and obtain the crime analysis for our area.
