Rhonda and Cindy are terrible and uneducated. Rhonda cloaks she has a BA in Accounting from a university and public records shows she doesn’t even have an Associates Degree let alone a degree. She treats people poorly and will stalk you and harass you. Very ghetto and unprofessional. She will lie on you and she does not know what she’s talking about. Nice People who works with you, not to hard to get along with been here for I think 3 years and I'm comfortable.
I love living here. The new office staff is absolutely wonderful. I had ongoing issues in and around my home for years before they took over. I brought my concerns to the new manager, Alyssa and she got them all taken care of within a 2 week time frame of reporting it. I considered moving when my lease was up and decided to go ahead and renew this year because of all the improvements. Please, keep up the good work!!!
I won’t give this place any stars because it doesn’t deserve any. I have lived in this place since 1997 without any problems ever until this new management company took over. They started renting trailers which they never should have done because they don’t know how to uphold all the leasing rules and regulations. They rented a trailer to my daughter when come to find out it was supposed to have been condemned.
