The new a/c units keeps going out and it's well past Memorial Day weekend and the temps are into the 90's and the pool has not been opened yet. Other than that, I have had no other problems out of them, knock on wood.
Since Brandy has become the acting manager here. Things are finally getting ccomplished. She is a ray of hope. I really hope the keep her as he manager because she helps the residents.
Moved here from lantern estates. They were money hungry. And there's more but not worth my time. I have been treated well. Brought my own home with me. Very friendly people. And helpful.
This park is trash! 1st home.filled with mold and mildew end home we put down 3500 on and then come moving day we weren't even approved for the house we were promised! Water shut off every other day in the summer place is garbage! The Windsong Mobile Home Park of Indianapolis Indiana is one ghetto POS place to live. The management is worthless, harassing elderly and the disabled to maintain their lots and if they are not able to physically do so, they are told it will be $50.00 everytime the maintenance has to mow their lot for them while other lots go without maintenance at all. If the management was truly interested in cleaning up the place, they would start by replacing the playground equipment before anyone else gets injured on the busted up broke... read more
Ripoff – This mobile home park is a rip off. They have the highest lot rent in the Indianapolis area and not quite sure what they use it all for. They have not done any improvements in the park for years. More empty lots than there are mobile homes in the park. The pool is never open. Always have an excuse as to why they had to close it. Today's excuse was that it was open yesterday (the first day of the season it was open) so therefore they needed to close it today. What a load of bull.
