Community Manager is terrible. Unprofessional and will harass you. She lies about her education and non stop lies. She is very lazy & a heavy weight that looks like she is going to pop at any moment. A short uneducated, unprofessional troll. She had her mobile home repossessed for non payment & she got a job after here and got a free trailer to live in. She is Ghetto of the Ghetto. I bought a place here so stuck. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
They single individuals out , harras them until they just can't take it anymore , I got calls about BS , More from windsong office then my own mother , it truly was a miserable experience , they are very petty , useless nonsense (BS) as I previously have stated. It truly felt as if I was being scalded by a highschool principal , I'm actually surprised she didn't just ask to speak to my mother. I've lived here since the end of June and most generally I love it. It's exactly the kind of place I was looking for
I been here about 3 years i had no problems. It just had 3 magers. So i just pay my rent on time.so i like it.
This place is a joke I'll tell anyone and everyone to never come here don't waste your money feel free to message me and I'll tell you everything about the place and how the office people can't do there jobs
Front office people suck dick! So serious I waited over a week to get my air fixed
Would be nice to have a pool. After all people are pay your high ass lot rent, the least you could do is open a pool on time.
I have loved living here up until now. they packed so many people in there’s always somebody coming into your yard trying to get into your things. they’ve moved 70+ homes in in the last two years. and now they’re raising the lot rent $30 a whopping $450 a month. when I asked for the reason it was explained to me because the waterlines need replaced and they had to pave the roads yet they didn’t take into Account that they are now making 30,000 more dollars a month in one single month with the new homes that they’ve moved in.... read more
