Here's my updated review of Windsong Apartments: it could be worse, but anything more and this place would be called The Slums. This place has got to be the most dysfunctional place, that's still operating, to ever exist. They can never keep a property manager for longer than a few months. If you want the WORST experience, then come on down. You will love how dysfunctional and negligent the establishment is. Mold? Hell yeah, we'll just pretend it's not there. Laundry room? The machines MIGHT work, it's only an amenity afterall. Less income revision so you can pay rent? If it's not making us more money, then why should we? Communication? Didn't hear you.
