RecommendedI had the best experience here! The office staff is very nice and understanding. They make you feel at home and don’t make you feel uncomfortable! I will recommend them always!
Too many reasons to mention but rent goes up each time you renew and they will say they upgraded but the upgrade is paint on bad wood and having neighbors move out after a year at most. They do have onsite security now, police car to ward off trouble. The further back in the complex you go the less care for repairs, etc. they did add pretty trees, rocks and shaved 2 of the speed bumps that destroy your suspension. Starts at $750 for $750 sf. RecommendedI was recommended to The Abbey by several coworkers and, while I don’t currently live at the property, the work Nikki has been willing to put in, just to make sure I get all the paperwork I need completed, tells me that this complex would be a great place to live.
RecommendedI highly recommend living in these apartments. I have lived here for about 3 years and never had any troubles here. these apartments are so homey. And not to say the office staff is amazing, Tammy is always there to offer her help she's so helpful and understanding and ready to help.

RecommendedI have lived here since they were built. I left for 1 year to live close to my mother. once she was better I came back home, and this is exactly that. very nice homes and when something goes out it is fixed asap.. the managers treat you like family and go above and beyond to help you with anything. I love everything out here my view is beautiful. I highly recommend Forrest hill's apartments. it's family friendly, or if your single. it's safe and quite.
Terrible. Inconsiderate. Corportate is rude. This was my first apartment. My mom went with me to help me move in. They told my parents and me that the deposit was refundable. When I moved out 6 months later I cleaned my apartment to perfection. Absolutely nothing was damaged or dirty. And they kept my deposit. Because they had to change a light bulb and replace the smoke detector batteries. And you can't get help from the office. You have to snail mail to corporate and they don't answer. This is a crappy run operation..You have 2 managers that can do nothing except call corporate on every issue..and good luck getting any response..and as far as your deposit goes..kiss that goodbye as soon as you give it.. all you're going to get is excuses from the management. and you will be paying 4 light bulbs. air filters. And anything else they can charge you with.. I would never recommend this place. it's a poorly ran mess..
