If you value your hard earned money, then please consider another place. Where do I begin? There is so much to say. Lets start off with your Deposit....its 625 if you get the two bedroom, you get 50% of your deposit back period. Even if you clean every nook and Cranny they Charge you 115\$ minimum for Cleaning Charges and Flooring; a flat rate of 90 for cleaning;and 25 for flooring in the kitchen. I have never had an issue with the apartment nor the staff. In fact the staff went above and beyond to insure my stay was the best it could be. I lived here for several years and would recommend and have recommended several others and they too are very happy there. Some people will just never be happy and will always find a reason to complain.
When we first found the apartment complex after looking every where and nothing was available we was excited little did we know we had made the wrong choice . We have neighbors who have loud dogs barking , let I remind you all that they have a no pet policy. The walls are so thin I could hear people conversations etc. The landlords are idiots . ok so i started renting here aboiut 7 months ago, i really would hate to just pack up n leave because i just had a new baby n my son is sickly but i am FED UP!!!!!!!!!!! i ccame home today n my bathroom ceiling is leaking i am praying that its not there bathroom also n its their kitchen not to mention the dishwasher dosent drain so i had this foul smell n here r my kitchen sink has been leaking from day one which they were supposed to come n fix already. Where to start? The roof of My Fridge leaks on to all my food, and freezes into ice. They insist its my fault. The A/C and Heater sound terrible! Difficult to watch movies, or sleep for that matter...The garbage disposal is rusted off, yet there was an "inspection sheet" with a check next to "garbage disposal" so it must be okay. The wall fixtures come off easily. The bathroom door handle broke, as did the bathroom light switch, which to their credit was the only thing they were obliged to repair.
