I have lived here for almost 6 years now and it’s been great. It’s quiet, the neighbors are always respectful of others. Music and parties always quiet down before quiet hour starts. Arturo has been great. He’s super friendly and quick to answer maintenance calls. I had to unfortunately have him come early because my garage wouldn’t open and he came quickly to help me get to work and my garage was fixed before I got home from work. I have lived at Windrose for a while now. The leasing office is attentive to any issues I might have. The staff is professional and resolve any issues I might have. Maintenance issues are dealt with and solved very efficiently. Maintenance staff is great. Overall Windrose is a welcoming place to live thanks to the hard work of the Property Manager and Maintenance staff. The amenities include a washer and dryer in each unit. Central Air and heat ( non of that air conditioner in the window). Garage and Car port. Swimming pool.... read more

I've lived here for over a year now, overall the property is well maintained and safe. Neighbors are friendly and mostly respectful and quiet. I'm thoroughly impressed with the maintenance response and resolution. I've had a few different issues arise and the staff is quick to handle it. Arturo Adame is particularly good as I've mostly dealt with him.

The staff here is amazing the maintenance crew is always attentive and very prompt to attend any issue. We’ve been here about 5 years now and we are very comfortable.

I have lived here for 2 yrs very nice place and very clean. Yvette is very awesome she’s very friendly and Arturo the maintenance his amazing very friendly 🥰👍🏻
