Recommendedthe maintenance service is not good, my toilet broke sunday, it is Wednesday and I'm still waiting for them to fix it. Not good.

I lived there from 2000 to 2001 and it was a great apartment complex. It is the best one I ever lived in.
The apartments themselves are so nice. The grounds are kept up and there's no trash laying around like I see in other properties. The maintenance team is incredible! They always respond quickly and get the job done right the first time. I'm very impressed with Windridge!
I've lived here for over 8 years and love it. The front office staff are super friendly and always helpful. Maintenance is top notch and very responsive to work orders and anytime my AC has had issues they are there within minutes to check it out especially in the hottest temps in the summer. I feel very safe living here and the recent upgrades to the units, grounds and pools have really improved the appearance of the neighborhood. My dog and I use the dog park often and enjoy that added amenity to our community
Puppy Parties are a perk of living here... especially when the office manager loves your dogs as her own 🐶❤️🐶

it has been nothing but back and forth with the leasing office over basic things... constantly changing the information given, including amounts and prices that need to be paid... i have tried to get in touch with the corporate office multiple times to complain about the lack of intelligence and basic customer service at this place... left over 5 messages and have yet to get a phone call back... its just an answering machine that i believe the main leasing office controls... im mad that i signed a 1 year lease with this plac... read more
