Tiffany is rude. I was just looking for information and when she told me they didn't have any units left and I said okay, she just hung up in my face.
Office not open during posted hours. I've called 5 times and never gotten my call answered. I've left messages each time and they only returned my call once.

Great customer service nice area, they do need a bit of updating on the outside and probably the inside. But overall a nice area to live.
WTH im homeless with 3 children and 8 months pregnant. Looking for an apartment, so of course I'm doing a lot of phone calling! Does these people EVER answer the phone? So frustrating
