This is the worst place to live. Average turn around for maintenance repair is 8 days and that’s after you have called several times. Parking is a nightmare! You register 2 cars for 1 pass to share and is you forget the pass in the other car they tow you! So why even register the car if they just tow and don’t check????? $400 tow bill. We only just Moved here in August 2017 and can’t wait to get out of this horrible place!
If you want to live in the ghetto than rent an apartment here. Manager Armondo has driven this apartment complex into the ground. There's everything from drug paraphernalia to use condoms to trash everywhere. You should be ashamed of yourself at the way you're running this place.
