Windows on Washington replaced 24 Okna windows for me in 2015. Like everyone has said, the sales and installation process was perfect. But the real measure of a company and their product is when a problem occurs. On 9/24/18, I noticed a crack in one of the windows and contacted Windows on Washington. I received a response within 2 hours. On Thursday, 9/27/18, I received a notice that my replacement window would be shipped on 10/10/18. We thoroughly enjoyed our WoW experience from beginning to end. From Sales (Greg Schwartz) to installation (Young Kim and his crew), everything and everyone was professional. I'd especially like to commend Young Kim - we have never seen anyone do as good a job at capping windows. The OKNA windows are great, and the capping that Young added really is superb. I would highly recommend WoW and have already done so.

Very happy with the work done replacing my sliding glass patio door. I am so happy I went with Windows on Washington vs. the Big box store. The communication was stellar and I felt taken care of through the entire process. The installers did a fantastic job-it looks great and the project is completely finished including replacing the trim and they matched the exterior color. I would highly recommend WOW!
We recently replaced our 30 year old windows and a set of French doors. The old ones were sticking, leaking, and in one case, broken. Our old French doors leaked and were very difficult to lock. The new triple pane windows are fantastic! Our new door opens and closes smoothly and it no longer takes 2 hands to lock. WoW recently did our back door. They were professional and did an amazing job! We absolutely love our new sliding back door! We loved them so much we decided to have our windows done as well. We're currently awaiting the windows and new front door to be made, but when they came to measure we new we were making the right choice again.
