Updated review after installation: The whole reason we decided to go with this company in the first place were all the positive reviews. We expected things to be done honestly and done correctly. We received the exact opposite. The windows were measured incorrectly and no one decided to bring this to our attention. The installers installed the windows knowing they were incorrect and just siliconed over the weep holes on ever single window. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I would not recommend Windows Direct. I have used them twice and both times it was a mess. The first time I ordered windows, they delivered a broken window and did not have all the parts to complete the project. So after waiting weeks to have the windows installed and taking time off of work I had to wait longer for them to bring the correct window and parts and take another day off.
