The gentleman who owns Window World really does stand behind his product. I had a problem with windows in my sun room that I bought in 2005 at the Greenwood location which he also owns. He came out, took a look and within a month my problem had been fixed. He told me he had 2 things going for him, "word of mouth and his reputation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting new windows.
