We had 22 windows and 4 doors installed in our home this week. The 3 workmen who installed them were very professional and knew their jobs. They worked from the time they arrived until they left. They swept the floors and clean up after the installation. We are very pleased with the work team, the windows and doors We hear very little street noise now and are able to keep the furnace on a lower setting. We are very happy with Window World and would recommend them if you are seeking replacement windows.

Terrible customer service. Waited 12 weeks for windows and still not done right. Won't give discount for all the headache we went through. Would not recommend at all. Reggie was great as a sales rep and thats the only good thing I have to say. Five of the screens were torn during installation. I could go on and on but there's not enough room on this page
My windows needed to be replaced and after some conversation Window World graciously honored the warranty. Our repairman was considerate and concise. Thanks for our nice, clear windows!
