I had windows plus sliding door put in.What a nightmare. they had to comeback and takeout the sliding doors and do it over, the 1st time they used no insulation and left out the trim in which I paid extra for. the windows leak air and are constantly coming off track. very poor workmanship.
The crew that installed my windows and door were efficient and professional. Very personable. I would recommend them to anyone.
We were very happy with everyone who installed our windows. We would recommend window World of Toledo to ask .
Two and a half months later mid winter still no windows and held prisoner with there contract and $2000 plus down and excuse after excuse when calling to see where my hard earned money went. Just like there commercial the only thing they do is stand on the window, they need to get off and actually install them!
