What a great experience we had with Window World! The crew did a fantastic job installing our basement windows. We have been receiving compliments from our neighbors on how beautiful they look. Thanks Window World for doing another wonderful job.
Tell you 4 to 6 weeks for installation going to be almost 10 weeks not a happy customer

We were very happy with the installer, neat and clean and very friendly. We were told they were 12 weeks behind when we ordered and it took 14 to 15 weeks, so don’t know what the delay was about. We had 10 windows installed 3 years ago and 6 windows this time. Still happy with windows except for the way they tip in for cleaning, seem very unsteady.
Lousy way to run a company. Exuse after excuse wss given until the day finally arrived. They show up and all of a sudden all windows & sliding glass patio door were ALL measured 2in too short.. BY 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE FROM SAME COMPANY! Very disappointed in this company as a whole. Dont waste your time & hard earned $$
My parents have been waiting MONTHS for the installation date. Today was the day...and they called to cancel. After some back & forth, they said they would send a crew out to do the job. They get there and the windows weren't even measured properly. I'm closing on my house in a couple weeks and was going to use this company for my own window purchase. ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Lie about installation date, measure wrong. I have waited 4 months for installation was told 6-8 weeks. No call back from manager.
I would not even have them come for an estimate. They wasted my day and lies about estimated time of installation was double. I accepted that and looked forward to the install date. Windows never got installed. I canceled the order. Windows all 2 inches short ... what company with windows in there name can’t measure windows? Think about that, just skip over these people. Took a day off from work for nothing. At first it was bad news can’t make it today to 2 inch short windows.. I did not just fall off the hay wagon
we had new windows put on today. We are very impressed with the product and the installation crew!
