We purchased windows from Window World over 12 years ago and we love them, however recently I noticed that the trim was fading. I called the local office and they came out and replaced both of our windows no questions asked.
Shout out to Rick and Bryan. They installed our two new doors. I’m sure I drove them crazy with all the questions, but both were really patient with me. Wyatt was great in helping us with the ordering process. The whole experience with Window World was great.
The installers arrived as scheduled, & did a great job!
The installers did such a great job! They didn't even mind my dog barking the entire time they were there. They got finished ahead of schedule and even were polite enough to remove their shoes any time they entered my house. My new windows look great and I look forward to working with Window World again when I replace the siding. Thanks for an awesome experience.
