On time, very fast and efficient. Great job of explaining everything from day one. Windows were actually in ahead of schedule!
we were told our installation would happen between 8 am and 10 am. our installation did NOT happen during our scheduled time. the installers were late. we never recieved a call saying that they would be late. we had to call to see where they were. we waited 5 months to have our window installed. Beyond these concerns. Everything went well for the most part.
