We love the windows, the installation was efficient and fast, the installers were very friendly and worked very hard! But mostly... the price was excellent! We received bids from Pella, Anderson, and Horner... none came close to WW and the window quality was better than theirs! We especially love the lifetime warranty!!! Thanks Window World!!!
I was disappointed with incorrect lead time given by salesman, first scheduled date was a no show, new appointment scheduled my windows were installed. No communication efforts by them at all, I initiated all communication. Finally called owner to express my dissatisfaction he was not concerned at all about the service level.
