Our 1960s home had single pane windows that were desperately needing replaced. They grew mold, constantly steamed up or had lots of condensation when the weather turned cold. We just had 43 windows and 2doors replaced by Window World of NE TX. Our experience has been nothing but positive from the very beginning sales presentation to the job completion. We are so impressed with the installation. The job was scheduled to take 3 1/2 to 4 days but the installers finished in 3 long days. Holden and Luis worked almost nonstop from the time they arrived until they left 10 hours later and were so easy to have around. I don't hesitate in recommending this company.

Worst experience! One of the non English speaking crew members (left with no ability to communicate with them) stole my college graduation ring that was left accidentally on the kitchen counter which was valued at $900. I was told that filing a police report would start the ball rolling to get it replaced since each site is self insured. This happened in March 2016 and still nothing because my emails and phone calls have been avoided by multiple people. BEST PRICING !! Anywhere I shopped at several different places and their prices and quality won ! I had my windows 30+ years replaced yesterday 6/16/16, they are SO AMAZING!
