My experience with Window World was the most wonderful experience.... Very professional did a very professional job very very happy .. Highly recommended Window World NE Texas anytime to anybody... I've hired contractors and had the most worst experience ever and it drives me crazy .... finally got professionals contractors.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! We hired this company to install 11 news windows ain't our home. The installers who arrived today were very friendly but past that our experience has been horrible. We contacted the salesman (Bruce) who in a nut shale told my husband it was what it was. After realizing he was no help we contacted the owner who had his wife call us, and to our surprise she was as much help as the salesman was. So now we've invested over 70,000 making our house nicer and have a window that's over an inch short.... read more
Cody and Robert was my Installers. They worked hard all the time they were here and were so kind and considerate. They are definitely hard workers and knew their job. They finished in one day, as they had told me. I will definitely refer them to anyone. I love the Window World windows. I will like them better when I get use to them.
