Window World Muncie was very easy to work with! Trent never pushed us the couple of times he was out and was always available if we had questions, and the installer (Randy, I believe) was awesome. He came at the time he said he would (earlier rather than later) and got right to work. I'm not sure he even took a break the two days he was here, from 9 am to at least 4 pm. I got a quote around 2022 and couldn't afford it at the time. Got another quote in 2024 and they kept the 2022 price for me. They were done in a day, 10 windows. Great job.
